Friday morning, May 31st, the Arlington County Sheriff's Office was notified of the arrest of Deputy Craig Patterson. At this time, Deputy Patterson has been placed on unpaid administrative leave pending the outcome of an internal investigation. The Sheriff's Office will continue to cooperate with the Alexandria Police Department in their investigation.
