The Arlington County Transportation Division will install the first new sign on Richmond Highway in Crystal City. The event is expected to run approximately 1 hour. The remaining signs along the newly renamed road will be installed after Thursday’s event. To keep the traffic impact minimal, it is expected to take a few days to complete the entire project.

When: Thursday, Sept. 5, at 10 a.m. (Rain date: Friday, Sept. 27 at 10 a.m.)
Where: Intersection of Richmond Hwy and 23rd St. S, by the Exxon (see picture below). Note: There will not be room on the median, so media can stand on sidewalks at the four corners of the intersection.
