UPDATE (1/19/21 at 11:56 p.m.) – Alexis and Noah have been safely located.
ARLINGTON, Va. – The Arlington County Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance locating missing siblings. Alexis Hicks, 20, and Noah Hicks, 1, were last seen at approximately 2 p.m. today at the Ballston Quarter, located at 4238 Wilson Boulevard. Family and police have been unable to make contact with Alexis and are concerned for the wellbeing of her and Noah.
Alexis is described as a light skinned Black female, 5’5” – 5’7” tall with multi-colored hair styled in a mohawk. She was last seen wearing a black first down jacket, grey sweatpants and multi-colored clogs.
Noah is described as a light skinned Black male. He was last seen in a black stroller wearing a grey and white hoodie, blue blanket and light up Paw Patrol shoes.
