ARLINGTON, Va. – The Community Outreach Unit will begin hosting quarterly meetings, covering community issues, crime prevention tips and addressing resident concerns, beginning in July. These meetings will offer an opportunity to interact with the Outreach Team serving your neighborhood and gather insightful information regarding police department information, crime trends and prevention. At the July meetings, the Police Department’s Financial Crimes Unit will also present on fraud prevention and how you can protect yourself as a consumer.
The Community Outreach Teams will host their quarterly meetings at the following times and locations:
North Outreach Team
Thursday, July 12, 2018 at 7:00 p.m.
Ellen M. Bozman Government Center – 2100 Clarendon Boulevard, 3rd Floor County Board Room
South Outreach Team
Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at 7:00 p.m.
Fairlington Community Center – 3308 S. Stafford Street, Room 134
