ARLINGTON, Va. – The Arlington County Police Department and the Arlington County Sheriff’s Office will host a virtual Observance of Peace Officers Memorial Day to honor and pay tribute to the memory of Arlington’s seven fallen law enforcement officers.
This solemn ceremony is held each year ahead of National Police Week. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, public Police Week events have been cancelled. The law enforcement community remains committed to honoring those officers throughout the United States who have lost their lives in the line of duty for the safety and protection of others.

Location: Streamed live on Arlington County Government’s Facebook Page. In accordance with the Governor’s Executive Order, the ceremony will be closed to the public except for online streaming.
